Refund policy

Refunds

If you cancel your appointment before the 24 hour mark you will receive a full refund upon request. The system automatically saves the deposit as a store credit for a future appointment. If you would prefer the deposit is refunded back in the original card please email clientcare@joliedensbeautybar.com and we will be more than happy to accommodate you.

Please remember you have 24 hours to cancel your appointment without any charge.

If you are a no-show, you are not entitled to any refund, you can however use the funds as a credit for next time.
